For example, our croissant range comprises eleven different types: from the ordinary butter croissant to delicious marzipan and smooth chocolate nut fillings and the hearty Frankfurt croissant with a sausage, wrapped in a sesame coating.

Our product range not only sets trends but also standards. The many awards issued by the German Agricultural Society (DLG) confirm the excellent standard of quality: our fully-covered, dark doughnut has been the holder of the DLG Silver award since 2007. Our flavoursome stone-baked baguettes with wild garlic, roasted onions or tomato, olive and basil have also won awards. The Zeus baguette, with a Greek flavour, is a new addition to the range.

We are continually developing our product range to cater for “current tastes”. The latest newcomers to the product range include the hearty tarte flambée, the juicy mozzarella cheese parcels and the hearty antipasti snack.
